ARROCES Y CEREALES, S.A.U. - Arcesa - is part of the Consejo regulador de la Denominación de Origen Arroz of Valencia, contributing to the protection of regional varieties of rice.

The production plant is based in the city of Oliva (Valencia): with over 17,000 m² of extension, it has state-of-the-art machinery and the know-how to produce and package efficiently. ARCESA also uses a plant for the reception and drying of raw materials, located in Sueca, in the heart of 'La Albufera'.

ARCESA has been a pioneer of quality since the beginning - carefully selecting and processing its products - and in 1996 it gained the privilege of being the first company in the world to obtain a quality certif(icate according to the ISO 9001 standard for the rice industry. Furthermore, it has obtained the if(S and BRC certif(icates, accredited by AENOR.

Thanks to the great experience and the constant research, the company can adapt the products to the evolution of the rice market, offering the best quality and service at the best price.

The reference brands, SIGNO and LA PERDIZ, are well-known brands among the consumers of the Spanish market, both in the private and in the Ho.Re.Ca. The LA PERDIZ brand was the first rice brand to be registered in 1936.

Thanks to its large production capacity, ARCESA is focused on national and international private label activity. ARCESA offers rice in dif(ferent formats and varieties, to meet consumer’s need, offering dif(ferent packaging options, from half a kilo to five kilos, in a wide range of materials. ARCESA also sells in larger sizes and loose rice.

For production and packaging processes, the company relies on innovative automated technologies and infrastructures, designed to achieve high levels of productivity, maintaining high quality standards and certif(ications.

Thanks to its incorporation into the EURICOM group, ARCESA is now able to offer a wider variety of products - including pre-cooked and ready to serve - and a variety of less traditional and more creative flavours.
